Reason: Currently, the ICS website is hosted on one server with another ready to take over if it goes down. The new setup will direct all ICS main website traffic to a haproxy server which will load balance requests to both servers instead. Server reconfigurations will be necessary to move the IP address for the website. During this time, please be patient if the websites do not come up as issues may need to be resolved to complete the move.
